Item details:	Although the international catalogue houses claim this stamp to be issued in 1927, CEFILCO lists it with the other stamps of the set under 1923, which seems correct. Indeed, a Supreme Decree of the Ministry of Finance and Industry of July 17, 1925 regulates the release by the Bolivian Treasury of the remainder of 5 values of this set, forwarded by the printer (Perkins Bacon and Co., London).
