Issue details:	These surcharges of the very poor un-issued reprint of the 1913 stamp of Jose Ballivian are thought to have been used for a 'patriotic tax' in 1916. Shown here are 6 stamps of the collection of Carlos Royuela (La Paz, Bolivia). Other known denominations are the 5cts, 10cts, 15cts and 2Bs. Little is known about this issue which remains one of the biggest mysteries of Bolivian philately.
